I am a psychologist who was born and raised in New York City. But for over 25 years I’ve been living and working on the west side of Los Angeles. I have long dreamed of finding a high desert retreat that would help nourish and restore me, my family, friends, and community when we could break away from our hectic daily lives.

I was overjoyed when I found this one-of-a-kind property in December 2015 and I found it enormously rejuvenating to breathe new life into it – stripping away clutter and opening the house and other structures so they embraced the remarkable high desert landscape that defines this extraordinary property.
